We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
